BFG Blockchain Founders Group & Blockrocket combine Venture Capital Operations
We are excited to announce today that BFG Blockchain Founders Group is joining forces with the leading European Blockchain accelerator Blockrocket and will combine their venture capital operations with immediate effect.
BFG Blockchain Founders Group (BFG) is both a company builder and venture capital investor in the blockchain ecosystem. Its DNA is composed of academic and regulatory drivers of the blockchain economy as well as serial entrepreneurs and venture capitalists.
Recently incubated companies from the BFG company builder include Sharpe Explorer, a middleware data provider for professional DeFi investors, CapNeo, on a mission to democratize real-estate investing through fractional ownership, and basenode.io offering crypto accounting services to freelancers.
The venture capital portfolio of the BFG founders includes companies like Blocksize Capital, Blockpit, Trality, Breach, and eight further investments with assets under management of € 20m.
Blockrocket is an accelerator program and early-stage investor for blockchain startups predominantly in German-speaking Europe. Blockrocket offers an exclusive ecosystem to help startups, corporates, and investors to leverage the potential of blockchain technology. Since its launch in 2019, Blockrocket has acquired numerous well-known partners and mentors and handpicked some of the best blockchain startups among 150 applications for its program.
The cooperation dates back to February 2021 when BFG made a strategic investment in Blockrocket.

BFG/Blockrocket invests tickets of up to € 500,000 in the seed and late-seed stage of blockchain start-ups.
